BioJulian Montgomery (or Lord Julien ap Eiluned to the fae) is a character in a World of Darkness game called Scarlet & Shadow. He's an undergraduate student at Georgetown University majoring in Philosophy in the mundane world, and the scribe of the Barony of the Silver Lion in the fae one. He lives in the fictional village of Lyonsville, VA, which is where Scarlet & Shadow takes place.
